      - Work on completely in house manufactured robotics. products are designed and manufactured from the ground up. - Great autonomy in the way you work. You do what you feel is right. No micromangement - Lots of exposure to supply chain automation and plenty of hands on experience - You control the entire project on customer sites - Laid back work environment

      - Short sighted management. Its all about the budget over quality. No budget means no improvements allowed. - Very high pressure environment. Things need to be done yesterday. - Expects novel machines to be designed and functional in weeks without any R&D. - No training offered. Thrown in the deep end from the get go. Learn in your own time. - Overtime is expected without compensation - Contributions are not valued or reflected by the below average pay
