      Pros

      -Great people to work with. -Leaders in a very exciting and high growth industry. -Nice office and great work/life balance.

      Cons

      -UK office location out in the sticks, -No real growth opportunities - the only way you can get promoted is if your boss retires/leaves etc -No training initiatives for professional certifications. -When I left there was a toxic culture of fear of the new UK MD

      Pros

      I’ve been working here for 2 years now, there are good year salary raises (compared to software consulting companies) very good benefits like free lunch, school support, a good christmas bonus and i have good flexibility in the project i’m working now.

      Cons

      Location is way too far in Monterrey, new open positions to grow are very few but even with these cons the company cares about work life balance for employees.
