Good company to work for, your managers will usually stand behind you, good place if you want to learn how to do a lot of things and figure out engineering problems.
Cons
Tough place to work for with a lot of things changing all the time. Processes can be cumbersome. Projects are usually running behind. Sometimes travel can get hyper focused on a customer and you go to their site a lot.
