      Pros

      Dematic will bring the best out of its employees, they give them an ocean to swim in and when your drowning they send you a life raft until you can resume swimming. This means you learn quickly and have a lot of responsibility very early on in your job. - Great people - Great Challenges - Great Projects

      Cons

      - Salary is very poor - Time away from home is onerous and excessive. Three weeks in a row is not unusual domestically and more internationally. - Long work hours with zero overtime payments

      There are a lot of opportunities in this company. The industry changing acquisition of Dematic by KION only solidifies that point.

      Cons

      Dematic does not seem to be improving their policy on employee compensation at the rate they plan to capture industry opportunities.

      Lots of great people to work with. Several opportunities to participate in initiatives. For the most part, management is filled with calm people.

      Cons

      Workload can get out of hand and last that way for a while. Some people advance when they should be disciplined.
