Good starting pay, if you have some years of experience then most likely you start at lv 2 engineer
Cons
the new guys coming in are getting paid more because of the market conditions, however, we only get a 3% raise max and that is still not enough to close the gap in salary with the new engineers of the same level, or to compensate for the current economic inflation which is 7% - 9%
