      Pros

      Great people on the shop floor to work with. Honest work. Great quality equipment made through this factory for the clients.

      Cons

      Liars, cheats, lack of managerial know- how, this in the face of moving 300+ jobs from the original company for their conveyor belt systems, which was under the name Rapistan. Destroyed the Rapistan name, destroyed the overall viability and competitiveness of the company with this move. Mexican factory already a long way behind and not even close to the busy season. Profits over quality.

      Was a great place to work for,as much overtime as you wanted with good pay good holiday schedule and benefits

      Cons

      2010, pay cuts 40% plus.pay 50% plus more for all benefits.dogs are treated better than employees.no loyalty no respect.

      Pros

      Decent pay, helpful coworkers, bonus at the end of the year for good performance, decent health insurance & investment plans.

      Cons

      Short-staffed, long hours (especially for technicians - you're expected to work, even after you leave work for the day), poor management, little motivation or appreciation for hard workers, little place to move up or around.
