      Pros

      Some of the people are amicable but very few, they are kind of like working for a cult, unless your from Michigan you are evil.

      Cons

      Upper Management completely out of touch with reality, and total belief in an incompetant lying sales and estimating group.

      Pros

      I work as an Outsourcing Tech, as a contractor at a site that has Dematic machinery. The job is stable as long as the company that owns the site is doing good. Dematic has decent benefits and the pay is okay.

      Cons

      Since we are a contractor we are not allowed overtime unless its an emergency or we are covering someone on vacation.

      Pros

      The human resources department is outstanding. The mangement at my office are the best, very flexible and understanding as long as you get your job done! Flextime! The benefits are great. Dematic has a high-performace culture, but you are rewarded for the hard work with a free (paid) week off between Christmas and New Years. Dematic is always providing great training modules and webinars for education and also has a tuition & adoption assistance program. I receievd a 5% raise after my first year of service. Family orientated company!

      Cons

      There are so many processes and forms and procedures for every little task - it's frustrating how inefficient the operations of Dematic can be. You need to have above average computer skills to function well in Dematic's environment. The sales territories are chopped up and complicated, and salesmen are fighting over accounts and poaching.
