Good compensation and benefits when hired direct. If you're a contract employee in good standing you'll most likely be hired direct within 3-6 months.

Cons

As a Lab technician you'll likely work long shifts 10+ hours / daily and sometimes mandatory weekends (Saturday) are not uncommon.

Job security, especially during the pandemic, Strong leadership, power shift from Grand Rapids to Atlanta bringing about mindset change, new departments and roles, Good Benefits, Learning never stops, Structure, Great place to start career in material handling/warehouse automation

Cons

Slow career advancement, below market salary, Old school, but changing, mindset, Management takes time to build trust, several layers of management in some departments with rigid process, not an environment for entrepreneurial or startup types, lateral moves within company not easy
