      Good company - but some major problems

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with. Great teams.

      Cons

      1. Lots of travel. 2. When onsite, people are working too many long hours. 3. In certain departments of Dematic where % of immigrants are higher, general feeling is that they are over worked and under paid. People think they are being exploited due to immigration rules. 4. Discrimination between different functions on similar teams in terms of salary is very evident.

      Pros

      Challenging and interesting work with smart and engaged colleagues means you're always learning. Fast pace keeps things fresh. Leaders are experienced, intelligent, and good people you want to follow.

      Cons

      The speed can be a little too fast sometimes, which makes it hard to have time to think vs. react. Training and development for people moving into leadership roles needs more focus.
