Flexible hours, good team managers, friendly/helpful coworkers.

Cons

High turnover in upper management. You can be asked to travel on short notice. Travel bonus has not been updated in quite a few years.

Pros

They pay you well for the work you do, and pay you overtime with lots of company benefits. Safety at the plant is a top priority and they make sure everyone is following the rules. They provide opportunities to advance, and offer a lot of out of town travel with great pay for the installers.

Cons

They pay you for the overtime, BUT you will work the overtime or you are harassed and/or yelled at for not working overtime every week. They also set unreasonable product goals, you are already behind on your deadlines BEFORE you even have all the materials to build the job, and management seems to hold the assemblers accountable.
