      Their gonna being hiring soon, so maybe opportunity

      Cons

      They used to have some side perks, like being able to use sick pay just like vacation days, but they are closing all of those benefits up under new management, and have froze raises and promotions and have been hiring out of company for new management

      Lot of options within company if you get tired with your current job. Great people to work with. Management (Mid and Upper) has gotten more engaged with the employees

      Procedure documents are lacking. Overtime policy could be better.
