Traveing a lot, hotel, car and miles with the flights

Pros

They will expect you to be available 24/7 without saying you should be available 24/7, but if you disagree, you will be reprimanded. They have donuts on Thursday. Also, they have a decent bathrooms.

Cons

The intranet is slower than my home. They will say one thing, and do another, usually at the employee's detriment. They will gaslight you. They will never pay you what you are worth, and will fail to match any sort of inflation. The managers and others within the company are highly politically driven, and promote a environment of untrustworthiness and backstabbing. They often require weekends, weeknights in addition to the 40 hours a week. They do not offer OT in almost all situations. Management is incompetent, and has no real idea where the company is headed long-term, or tomorrow.
