Pros

Employees are encouraged to look for better ways of accomplishing tasks. Good management. A lot of employee events like lunch, ice cream, donuts, and other fun events. Salaries are good. There is a lot of growth in the company and they promote from within often.

Cons

Not all managers are as good as others, depends on the department. It can be frustrating when hours are cut due to lack of work and then it is mandatory OT due to too much work. It makes it hard to budget.

Pros

- Employees and managers were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating - Plenty of work, most of which can be done at your own pace - Traveling to customer location can sometimes help break up the monotony of office work - You work with a variety of equipment and software

Cons

- Could spend weeks (or more) on location because of the CEO's relation to the customer, even though there's no work to be done or the work could be done remotely - The lack of communication between departments is not only apparent to the employees but also to the customers - The job doesn't allow for much career growth. Regardless of your title, you will always be doing the same work
