If you produce good work you will be rewarded with more work and the opportunity to clean up someone else's mess.
Cons
Poor culture/ working environment, you can never trust that work that you rely on in order to do you job will be done on time, or at all. Department managers are constantly in disagreement with each other and lying to cover their own teams failure. Poor Engineering process, everything is politics in this company. Basic tasks that would be considered routine at other companies has to be renegotiated with everybody for each project. Lots of time travelling to site to fix avoidable stuff ups. Project management team do not know how to deliver integrated systems only static equipment like pallet racking. Weapons grade incompetence from senior leadership
