Decent pay, good people for the most part. 18-24 month project cycles where you get to change projects. Very flexible with work hours and no micro-management.

Cons

Sometimes lots of travel to customer sites. often work very long 12+hrs days while at site. Sometimes asked to travel with little or no notice.
