      Pros

      Great work environment and co-workers are absolutely knowledgeable and supportive. You get to experience logistics in different industries and since, the job is project based, the turn around time is relatively short. Resource managers are absolutely understanding and able to connect with engineers under them.

      Cons

      Engineers are required to pick up customer support calls and travel. In addition, the compensation is relatively low compared other companies in the area. The travel aspect might be appealing to younger engineers. However, after a while this often burns out engineers especially ones that have families. Career growth may also be quite hard depending on the direction you want to move towards.

      Great people to work with. Learned many new technologies and lots of opportunity for expanding your knowlege.

      Cons

      Lots of travel can be hard on families with young children. That is something to consider should you apply to work here.
