Where to begin? First would like to point out the obvious that all five star reviews are fake and seem to be generated by the same person for the last two years. As a former employee they don’t even have that many staff members in each department to account for that many reviews. This is also my second time leaving a review since the first one ‘mysteriously’ disappeared. As far as cons.. pressure from the top to inaccurately provide reports to the board, lack of understanding from upper management of core concepts, horrible PTO policy and unfair ability for just a select few to work from home while everyone else must remain in office. bonuses not paid each year in full or at all despite meeting all goals, inappropriate behaviors and comments made from upper management relating to appearance, politics, and personal life. Constant lying about EVERYTHING , difficult situations where both leaders at the top talk negatively about one another. Large turnover has led to most mid tier employees taking on multiple roles without extra pay. The list goes on. I’m sure I’ll be back to leave a third review when this one disappears too…….
