-pay is pretty good! when I was there, there were always opportunities to earn bonuses (e.g. tutoring after school)

Cons

-hour can be long, depending on your school leader. Frustrating part is that there were a lot of times when deliverables felt like busy work. -if you’re a veteran teacher the PDs stop helping you grow, because they’re targeted towards new teachers (makes sense since there’s a high turnover rate, applies to pretty much all nyc charter schools). Depending on your leadership team, you may stop getting feedback or at least not as frequent as new teachers
