Pros

What really sets Denali apart is the people. In my experience working here, I have been surrounded by individuals who are collaborative, innovative, forward-thinking, and truly passionate about what they do. The inclusive environment is something I am especially proud of... from day one, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. Being exposed to cutting-edge technologies and continuously learning is one of my favorite aspects of working here. Denali is a place where you can thrive professionally, be part of a fun and unified team, and contribute to work that is truly meaningful.

Cons

The environment can be very fast paced and ambiguous at times but does create opportunities to make impact and change when needed.

Dishonest and full of internal favoritism/nepotism

Pros

The pros have all been outlived and stripped away years ago. This used to be a great company to work for with a healthy growth environment. Company direction has shifted multiple times over the last 4yrs and with the bad/unsuccessful business decisions made in recent years the owners have resorted to burn away years and years of tenure/ experienced employees to dump whatever little funds are left into their smoke and mirrors Automation/AI department.

Cons

Extreme nepotism and favoritism, even after being there over 6yrs excelling in everything I did I was laid off due to internal politics. It doesn't matter how great you are at your job, if you don't play the politic game correctly you will get let go. With this recent massive layoff of everyone in Texas (Except the favorites) including shutting down the entire building, there is no hope for a rational work environment or career stability within this company. I strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere.

Plays favorites Racist VP Discrimination Poor Management Management unwilling to make changes that better the workplace HR does not abide by policies in their own handbook
