The people are good and the work is good

Cons

The leadership makes it terrible. Poorly managed by lower management and upper management makes blind decisions.

Coworkers were generally great people

Cons

Benefits are not competitive. Were playing initially but seriously downgraded coverage after the first year and doubled premiums. CEO is a clown that nobody inside or outside has any real respect for. Not self-made like he’d try to have you believe. Does not honor contracts and throws a temper tantrum when they’re cancelled. Will threaten employees with non compete that isn’t even legally enforceable.

Eastside location Higher than expected salary, quickly increased my offer Unexpected Christmas gift, an iPad Mini Training was good, but you had to fight for it

Cons

Medical plan really lacks coverage. Had to change all my doctors Revolving management, some good, some ok, none bad Lots of random changes in directions Quarterly bonuses were random Senior management in not around during the day
