Pros

Great people in leadership roles. Sufficient training available, just reach out and ask for it. HR is very responsive to your requests/concerns. 14 days PTO for your first 10 years is nice, no pressure when requesting off. Great culture and easy to get involved outside of work. Lots of repeat clients speaks to their reputation.

Cons

salary is a bit below industry norm.
