Good company, lots of potential growth

Pros

Mid-size design build company with a lot of growth going on right now. Which means lots of potential to move up. Being a smaller size company, you can get to know owners/project managers and have a chance to make a name for yourself. Where as bigger companies you may not ever meet the owner or CEO.

Cons

Not always a lot of train. Learn by trial philosophy. Not as good pay as other larger engineering firms
