A Good place to work, Great environment to learn and develop skills. Great management who appreciates and support in every phase building up your career. The Management and the team are very friendly and supportive. It's extremely flexible in terms of work/life balance.

Cons

I don't find any cons, it depends on how you mingle with management and team.

Denken Solutions has been an amazing place to work. I've experienced a great deal of mentorship and guidance from higher authorities since the day I started my work here. Friendly atmosphere is all we see when we enter the office and that helps us stay enthusiastic and energetic for the day. Easy interactions with Manager in case of any kind of ambiguity is a plus for any employee, and we here at Denken Solutions are fortunate to have it. Patience and Hard work are taught here. This company can be highlighted for its smart culture and collaborative environment within. Overall, a great and challenging place to work.
