It’s been more than five years since I started working with Denken Solutions, INC. Transparency is what I enjoy the most about working with Denken. It’s an employee-friendly organization that always offers a choice of client and location. They provide us with benefits, the best available health insurance, and life coverage in the market. HRs and the management team in Raj Maddula and Ravi Kiran Maddula are always reachable. They are prompt in responding to our queries in case of any issues. We have an outstanding immigration team as well here. For instance, I have had a fair share of difficulties with my visa petition filings during 2018-19. However, they supported me by filing an H1-B for FY 2021. Furthermore, they initiated my employment-based green card application filing process as soon as I met the eligibility criteria, even before I reached out to them. In addition, they provided the necessary legal assistance for my spouse’s Employment Authorization Document (EAD) filing, although they are not obliged to do this. Also, I get paid on time, and I am grateful to the billing & payroll department for their constant follow-up with the employees and vendors. Overall, I would say that I am proud to be a Denkenite and recommend you give it a chance to work with Denken.
