Good pay based on effort and performance. I really enjoy the availability to advance in this company. Top performers are rewarded and those who are starting out can find the right knowledge and experience to grow quickly.

Cons

The company falls between a small and large company. Management does recognize the need for more organized standards and better communication. It has taken some time for these efforts to come to fruition. Growing pains are understood and expected.

Once you have proven yourself, there is a great amount of flexibility and plenty of opportunities to grow and learn different things. Fast paced environment. Senior team members are always willing to help. Always had work to do, never sat around wondering if when layoffs will happen.

Cons

Company will swallow up people that are not willing to ask questions and put in their own time for personal growth.
