      Pros

      Great end of year bonuses, yes plural. You get to travel across the country and in your down time see the sights.

      Cons

      A lot of travel. A lot. 75% or more of the time is spent on the road. Get ready to make work the most important thing in your life. Long hours, weird hours, and it can all change the next day.

      Pros

      Large company to work for and because of this there is Great field exposure, especially for those just starting in the industry. Intern expierence looks great on a resume and shows you understand and can work with multi disciplinary people.

      Cons

      Start-stop-start busy seasons meaning that when your busy you're slammed and when you're not busy it's dead. The company offers a lot of software to learn on downtime and encourages it's self learning via tools like video tutorials and manuals on their database.
