      Pros

      People were kind, and it was clear that the company was very young and looking to grow.

      Cons

      Was provided with no relevant engineering experience and spent most of my time as an on site errand runner. Objectives were not clearly given and little to no mentorship was provided as a growing engineer. Terrible place to work as a first time employee.
