Many great opportunities to get Food and Beverage industry experience. Will work on multiple projects and able to see variety of process implementations in a short amount of time, this means that you are busy.

Cons

Potential for a lot of traveling = Long working days often weekends and also includes time away from family. The pay is not desirable.

Low base salary. Bonus is high, but black box. Travel>50% Hard to balance work and personal life.
