Pay structure causes you to see clients as a dollar amount instead of as people, Upper management is not visible or approachable, multiple providers request small changes but no changes were made

Pay is fair however it can be difficult if you have numerous no shows and cancellations as pay is P4P. At times, it seems some clients do not understand that counseling is optional; therefore, if they are referred by a provider and aren't genuinely interested in therapy, they schedule with therapists but eventually no show/cancel, which affects the therapist's pay.
