number of clients was adequate wonderful group of colleagues terrific supervisor advancement opportunities

pay is low difficult to see enough clients to make adequate salary must sign non compete clause integrative health had the opposite effect of what was intended - collaboration was poor upper management unsupportive EHR system was terrible - upgrades seemed to support / improve processes for everyone else but therapists lack of respect for therapists once Bayless was bought by Magellan, priority changed from quality client care to increasing revenue

Collaboration between departments is a weekly event. The employees that are tenured truly believe in the mission that Dr. Bayless started in the beginning. You find a lot of passionate people which makes work inspiring! I've cultivated a lot of great relationships and have had the opportunity to learn a lot. This is also a great learning environment for Therapists and our Psych/Primary providers

Cons

Industry took a hard hit in the pandemic which lead to a considerable amount of turnover. HR and Leadership are working to change that culture with the Pandemic now over.
