Pros

Remote role and scheduling discretion

Cons

Commissions are hard to earn due to nature of client base not showing up to appointments. Ceo presents with corporate speak not applicable to clinical roles. Supervision is weak.

Pros

I do not recommend working here at all.

Cons

I was so excited to start at this company. Within the first week I realized that signing on with them was a mistake. What I can say is they have large employee turnover. I saw lots of people leave during tenure. Including really great leaders. It makes me sad that the leaders who left put so much into the teams and the senior leaders will just see them as dispensable. The work life balance is not great here either. The pay is not competitive at all. So much micromanaging from the senior leadership. Their senior leaderships are not qualified to do their jobs and they do not know how to lead leaders and qualified individuals. Employees are afraid to speak up and question the approach of the leaders. They're afraid to get fired. If you want to feel connected to the senior leaders do not work here. They have fake smiles and all they seem to care about is money.
