      Pros

      I was a lower level associate but there are some chances for advancement if you have relevant experience. Dr's and nurses there are super nice and care about the clients. Always told when I did a good job and feedback.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking, but that's because the budget sucks. Communication between departments is poor and should come from your supervisor.
