      The training I have received as a new employee at Denton County MHMR has been second to none. The trainers are knowledgeable about the latest trends and research-based approaches in mental health and crisis services. It is a JOY to work with such dedicated professionals who truly believe in the outreach work of serving some of our most vulnerable community members.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the long hours and overnight shifts are wearing on the physical and attitudinal aspects of our employees. Fortunately, the coming day(s) bring opportunities to laugh and remind ourselves of the value our work with the people we serve.
