      Pros

      Dentons is massive, and as the world's largest law firm, they have the resources and capacity to take on new and exciting work. The people are great, and it was intellectually stimulating work.

      The sheer size of the company makes it easy to get lost in the shuffle

      Pros

      Firm is overall pretty good - there are a lot of activities and events hosted by different committees. Everyone socializes and also puts their head down to work. Very busy lawyers so there's constantly work. There are floater/coverage support when needed. I like that this is not like an international firm where HQ is somewhere else - Vancouver functions like its own office. You feel the international aspect of the firm, but it does not lose its regional identity.

      Cons

      Technology seems a bit outdated, same with office interior. Waterfront is not bad of a location but there are not any amenities around the office.
