Nice office space, Jeans Fridays, great co-workers

Cons

Zero communication between staff and management, outdated and buggy computer systems, departments do not work together and operate almost like separate companies, no leadership or clear vision at the top except to acquire new firms to add to the chaos at an insane pace, high staff turnover, attorneys are leaving in droves, financial outlook of the firm is dire.

Very long hours, very high stress, they do not employ enough staff and they pit employees against each other in a hunger games fashion.
