      -international teams with lots of talent and perspectives

      Cons

      -digital marketing team more like a helpdesk; repetitive and tedious tasks. Not much chance to be truly innovative/creative -company is growing too large to keep up with support staff capacity

      Pros

      Excellent international practice with great TMT strength and depth and focused management with good package and excellent work and some good colleagues.

      Cons

      Emphasis is on billable hours to a large extent and office accommodation is not great which can detract from the otherwise good experience of working for the worlds largest law firm
