Pros

Friendly staff across most offices I have seen, generally everyone is willing to help. Work can be varied so doesn't get boring. Support staff in my department are excellent.

Cons

Not much transparency when it comes to bonuses and salary reviews. Hours are can be extremely long without any real reason why.

Pros

Benefits and compensation for managerial levels and up are competitive. Travel and discount benefits available. Remote/WFM options and five Canadian locations offer flexible work arrangements.

Cons

Practicing lawyers often impede ability to move projects forward. Leadership and management at directorship level is often comprised of practicing lawyers rather than business leaders or those with business training.

Pros

Most of the lawyers are friendly.

Cons

The firm continuous to grow but is the growth sustainable? Apparently not. They let go over 60 staff and unknown number of lawyers during first half of 2017.
