Pros
Having worked at another law firm before, I feel the sense that our leadership is supportive of growth, doing things differently and enhancing the experience for our people and clients. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, and there is always something new to learn every day - keeps it interesting!
Cons
Lots of meetings can reduce the amount of time in the day to get work done, but it's also a nice way to connect with colleagues across the country, and globally.
