      Pros

      I really like all the lawyers and staff--it's a great team. I received terrific training and felt like I had a lot of opportunities to build relationships with clients.

      Cons

      I personally struggled with work-life balance quite a bit. I think others could be more successful than I was at managing workload. The team happened to be short-staffed most of the time I was at the firm.
