Great office location and great office. Studio was good.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Mumbai office was treated like a step child. Lack of leadership. Employees were treated like laborers.

-Great teams with talent -Most everyone is levelheaded and nice

Cons

-Layoffs and high turnover with no training programs in place means you always have people coming and going in the middle of big projects and people having to learn other people's jobs to pick up slack -It's hard to get the people you need since everyone is slammed with multiple projects -Not enough great work being produced for the amount of time spent working

the disconnected japanese clients there, the laid back attitude (advertising otherwise can be very hectic).,,,the "i don't have a clue" approach to client handling

Cons

it's a media powerhouse trying to double up as a creative one too but it's not working for them...what does work is luring people with big money but seriously the workculture's a complete turn off...the indian delhi outfit is a joke but the guy at present there from jwt is doing his bit to bring about change...
