Pros

Overall most of the people are very chill and it is easier to make connections

Cons

- No work-life balance - Long hours and working on weekends (depending on projects) - Internal Politics within department and top management - Too many meetings and procedures (waste time and productivity so need to compensate by working long hours) - Low-salary comparing to the work load - Career advancement and reward depending on the quality of relationship with direct supervisor
