Honestly a great place to work

Pros

*pay is based completely on ability to do your job (commission) *LOTS of training (5 weeks paid above average, plus ongoing training) *lots of opportunities to move up *flexible schedule *2.5 consecutive days off a week *lots of opportunities to make bonuses

Cons

*Hours are long, but there are also early days *commission pay can take some getting used to *work weekends (but I’m from the hospitality industry prior to this so not a huge con for me)

I really enjoy the extensive training Denver Mattress requires, they really set you up to succeed and are with you the whole way through. I appreciate the extensive hiring process as well , making sure everyone is on the same page and has the same positive character.

Cons

Only con I would say is that they are long hours but so much opportunity to really control your paycheck.
