A great work environment that encourages individuals to realize their maximum potential. Excellent pay and benefits. Advancement opportunities based on merit rather than seniority.

The retail schedule can be tough. Denver Mattress is a nation wide company. You may be asked to relocate for a promotion.

Thank you for your review. Our typical work schedule is about 45 hours per week, which is pretty standard for a job that pays an average starting yearly pay of over $40,000, plus benefits. We do understand that the issue some have is when the hours occur. As we are a retail sales company, our employees work evenings and weekends, have 2 1/2 to 3 days off during weekdays and we understand some are not accustomed or adaptable to this. We have many long term employees that have enjoy the schedule and are able to balance work and life. In terms of undercompensated, I disagree as we pay based on performance and the vast majority of our entry level sales staff makes over $40,000 per year and staff that have been promoted to store managers make over $70,000, some over $100,000 based on their performance. Finally, relocation is not required to promote, but since we are a nationwide company, we have many more chances for promotion if you are open to relocation.
