Incredible opportunities to advance if u want them with great pay, but the thing I love the most is being in a position to help others find their own career success and growth as a person. This company teaches you that the most important asset is the people, not the product. Take care of the people and the products will sell themselves.

Cons

All careers have sacrifices. If you just want a job, this can be a start, but if you want a career, this is definitely the place! You have to learn to find your own work life balance as the schedule is nontraditional, but you will have plenty of time off and flexibility with your schedule.

As you said, the hours can seem long, but it is more that they are retail hours so that your days off are on the weekdays rather than the weekends.
