Can be a cool job but the people make it the worst.

Cons

The people don't know how to act. Its like going to middle school all over again with lots of middle aged man.

I was a member of the Denver Mattress family for 11 years. They are a company that truly cares for its customers and employees. I always felt as if I could go to ANY of the store managers, district managers and corporate employees with any problems or if I needed advice. They were always willing to listen and assist any way they could. Great training program that really gives you the tools you need to be successful. Innovative products and ways of fitting customers to the right products that give you an edge over the competition!

Cons

The only con I had with the company was finding a good work/life balance with the hours and holidays I had to work, but that is the retail monster, NOT the company! Loved my job and wish Denver Mattress and Furniture Row the best in the future!
