      Great company to start your career and advance

      Pros

      Been employed nearly 17 years and the company truly cares for their people. Have had the opportunity to move around to different parts of the country for promotions. Involved in the hiring and training both as an assistant manager and store manager. Positive, fun work environment that's competitive and you are compensated for how well you perform. We are always looking for people of great character, honesty and integrity to continue our growth. Family Owned, paid extensive training, full benefits package, promotions all come from within the company, yearly manager trips, yearly sales contests, weekly pay periods.

      Cons

      Retail hours can be long, but managers and sales staff are off 2-3 days each week and managers can take quarterly weekends off.

      Pros

      Financial freedom, family organization, great bonuses and contest, easy access to upper management, great business leadership and the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Retail hours, however we have a schedule that can be adjusted if needed.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 9 years and they have done an amazing job of helping make me not just a better salesperson and manager but also encouraging personal growth as well. They really do a great job of moving you up through the company based on your performance and not tenure. That along with the earning potential that you're able to achieve has made it a great experience.

      Cons

      Retail hours sometimes make it tough to have a normal social life, but that is normal of any position in retail.
