      Pros

      Easy to pick up jobs, some great schools in the area. DPS generally employs people who all seem to have their hearts in the right place. Well run system for subs. Also, bonuses are often available if you work a certain number of days/hours each month. Decent access to professional development and many of the online courses are beneficial.

      Cons

      Some schools can be challenging. Your assignment may change when you arrive at the school. This doesn't happen frequently, but on occasions. As long as you have the mindset that you are here to help, you'll enjoy it!
