Pros

Simple, no BS to bring home. Attendance policy isn't as bad as people say if you are a normal punctual person, fairly generous actually.

Cons

Very strict, they expect perfection from the operators when their Train control systems only work properly around 50% of the time, and that is being generous.

Horrible hours, broken trains, upper management looks down on the Train Operator. Scheduling is an absolute joke.
