Good benefits, most people you interact with want to be there. Was a great place to learn about the industry.

Cons

Pay could be better. Pipes sometimes break when it's nice out, when the weather is horrible, pipes always break.

Management is disconnected from work on the ground. Classic penny-pinching leadership despite massive revenue generation. Politics is running rampant through the organization. Leadership is known for its "buddy-buddy" mentality. Zero feedback mechanisms for leadership performance whilst subordinate performance evaluations are time consuming and unrealistic.
