Lost of programs to get you equipped sooner. Bonuses based on production.

Cons

The programs are just loans. They will manipulate your stats so you won't get a bonus. Will lie to the state so you won't get unemployment or workers comp. Will illegally fire you for any reason they can make up.(happened to coworker)
